Agreed, but the return address should not be anything that you do not want
clogged up with incoming volume, from auto responses etc.
Mine all send from an allocated email address, for example
[EMAIL REMOVED] to avoid main addresses being filled with what you
mention.
It is simply a case of coding to the extent you want it to be, bespoke not
off the shelf as it were. I have yet to come across anything which off the
shelf does exactly what a client wants, apart from upload programmes, and
they still need enough coding to get them to do exactly what clients want.
Aren't they fussy?! (Joke, they pay our bills remember)
All the best

I'm going to get one of these to do soon as well. When I've used a CDONTS
system with a database in the past it's always taken an age to send (a
second per mail), and then there's the problem of NDR's and out of office
replies coming back to marketing, keeping the database clean, etc. It would
be nice if there was something around, not too expensive, that could handle
all that, or at least make it easier to manage.
My 2p's worth:)

Hi Cy
I usually simply put together a mailing programme which send and email in
html (with an alternative plain text) to subscribers in a database, simple
CDONTS or similar.
And a happy New Year to you all out there too.
All the best
