richard - any reason your flash & html sites are totally different?
Usually they would carry the same style, just with less fancy bits on
the html...seems a little disjointed. Also, the flash site is VERY small
at 1280x960 resolution - needs resolving methinks. I like the look of it
though.
As for getting your site noticed - research! Look at similar sites and
see how they work, see if you can get it linked from local magazine or
newspaper sites (if they don't have a similar section - bear in mind
they will probably want sponsorship), see how and where you can
advertise it (print & online), etc. You have to do all this before you
can sell it to local businesses - they need a reason to pay for a listing!
