There's nothing wrong with putting sites you have created for yourself on your
portfolio page; however, if they are all your own sites, then posting
spurious testamonials from yourself is hardly ethical.
It's worth noting that the whois information for most of the sites on that
portfolio page gives the same address!
Why not focus on /what/ you have done - you could put a case-study up for the
work you did for another company, covering the brief, what they wanted, what
they got, etc; you could show one of two of your own sites and say what you
did that makes them good; and so-on.
Copying someone else's site and putting it online, only partly modified, is
copyright infringement.
