Well the small text is mainly in the content below the company logo. Where
you have your straplines on the home page you could do much more with it to
make it stand out, and it could be double the size with the other pages
having at least a point larger and important text rendered even larger.
Here's a very quick example I mocked-up

Removed the bevel, added a little contrast, improved the text readability,
added a clean border that pulls in the line under the logo and a
semi-transparent section to hold the text. Would be better if I had the
source files as the three main images have too much contrast now but you get
the idea.
