Richard, as Steve says you should know what are you excel in, if you
don't you need to think about it, are you a designer or a developer
and what do you excel in? The key thing you need is experience and
contacts, to start with try and get a job working for somebody else,
doing this you'll gain the expereince and hopefully start to build up
a contact list. Learn more than you need in your job, read up on
background information and try to get small side projects so you can
further get experience and build contacts (but don't ever try and
poach work from your employer!). And listen to critisism, accept you
will get it and most importantly learn from it.
Can I ask, is http://itsoftwaresolutions.co.uk/ based on a template
from http://www.websitetemplates.name/ and are you really developing
an SMS plugin for Outlook or have you just copied the text from
http://www.redoxygen.com/products/outlooksms.asp ?
