There is nothing wrong with copying a basic idea. Use the page you already
have. Make the design your own.
The basic way to do it is just list the sites you have worked on. Get a
screenshot that links to the actual website. List what input you had into
the site, customer requirements, problems you overcame, ideas you had for
improvements to the requirement, etc. Ask the customer if they will give a
reference & if it's ok to put a link to their email address too.
Of course you can also go down a scripted route & have all of these details
in a database & get the page to load 5 or 6 random sites from the DB.
Or, you can categorise the site - e-commerce, charity, schools, etc.
It's up to you. Whatever you feel comfortable with. I am sure that if you
post a link here & request feedback, there are plenty of people that will
check the page out for you and leave comments.
