Not wanting to flog a dead horse, (well, alright, perhaps it is fun!) but:

The line "Continued from chapter one..." is particularly good ;)

Richard, if you're still here, I'd advise that if you do copy text from
somewhere else on the internet you should at least check that it makes
sense on your site. And don't forget that any customer can discover that
it's not your own work - I googled for "at least 275 words" as that looked
like a very specific piece of advice.
