Which is, of course, what Sage wants you to do.

I think the sentiments you've had about Sage support are harsh, but fair.

However, some products come with import/export capabilities as standard and
I've used them to good effect in the past. Contrary to what you might
expect, it's the lower-end products that have the better interfaces.
