FN-FORUM: font cataloguing?

Can anyone recommend any PC based software (preferably free or low cost)
that is good at cataloguing a font collection?

I want to be able to browse through my fonts effectively and quickly, rather
than scrolling through lists in InDesign trying to pick out tiny little font
samples.

All ideas welcome. Thanks in advance.
