If it is just a fixed PC that you want it may be cheaper to get a cheap
PC and then be prepared to replaced the off part every so often.

It's likely to be viewing stuff through a browser - I guess it could be
a pocket PC app under .NET as well. It's the environment and likely hood
of loosing it / breaking it that worries me if it's not...
