I would not touch them with a barge pole. They are trying to get =20
something for nothing. If the airline is small then there will be no =20=
scale in terms of seats sold and if they are trying to compete on the =20=
large scale then (a) the work required will be HUGE and (b) they will =20=
be very late entrants into a very competitive market.
I would reply out of professional courtesy but I would suggest =20
charging for a requirements and specification consultancy exercise =20
priced at, oooooo say, =A3650. That will get rid of them.
