Not sure about Lost but there is some content available from http://
www.itvlocal.tv. Also Sky have (or are about to) launch a BB service
for subscribers offering key content from their key channels. But as
I hate Murdoch and don't have Sky (yet... even my principles may be
compromised by high def broadcasting when it comes.... :-/ ....) I am
not really clued up as to what is (might be) on offer.

If you really want good (DVD or near) quality then I suspect illegal
is going to be the only way to get something like lost (limewire,
bittorrent etc).
