You're absolutely right. I shall stop using Firefox, Linux, Apache, PHP,
MySQL, Ruby, Emacs and Filezilla directly. They are almost certainly
written by bad programmers and riddled with unnecessary functionality
that I surely don't need, which makes them entirely different to
closed-source products which offer only the exact functionality I need
and nothing more or less.
