A browser loads the Flash movie from its cache if it's available.
A preload routine in the first few frames of the movie is executed by
the Flash player as it loads, typically looping over three frames and
counting the number of bytes loaded into the Flash player and
displaying it as percent/bytes loaded. When bytes loaded equals the
size of the file it exits the loop and plays the rest of the movie.
So If it's retrieved from the cache the preload routine will still be
seen to execute but for a shorter time.
