Re: FN-FORUM: Mac Quark -to PC Illustrator file

In Quark you can save a page as an eps - then open the page in=20
Illustrator which will convert it to an illustrator doc - If they=20
convert all text to outline you'll not have any font problems but watch=20=
out for images. The designer does not need to re-create it in=20
Illustrator that is a total waste of time unless there are other=20
considerations such as bleeds,, crop marks etc

YES it is an export option, but it is not all that straightforward.=20
Embedded images & fonts need to be considered. If I was the designer=20
and I didn't know this option would be needed beforehand, I would=20
charge too.
