There's a few points with the 2.5K
1) They stole it
2) 2.5k is a fair price to BUY a photo (as opposed to the rights to =20

I'd start by contacting them, and asking to remove them immediately, or
alternatively, pay a usage fee.
If they ignore you, contact their management and threaten legal action.
