It is always useful to have to hand a can of contact cleaner - if you
ever spill anything onto your keyboard, shut it down immediately and
then you should let the main liquid drip off and then completely soak
the affected area with the contact cleaner - this should shift any
mucky residue and will dry quickly allowing you to get back to work.
Or, if you are feeling brave and are no longer under warranty, strip
the keyboard down and use the spray to clean the contacts.
