Is it accidental damage if you do it on purpose? ;-O
I suppose a laptop could be affected by condensation if put away while
warm - which could be classed as a design fault not accidental damage...
Well, I'd try just mentioning the symptoms and if it turns out to be
accidental damage, claim it back on your house insurance. Still needs to be
fixed whatever
Have you tried blowing out the keyboard with canned air?
