Re: FN-FORUM: Software

Thanks for the info, sorry i didn't get back sooner, having ADSL=20
nightmares at the moment. Can SQL Express databases be used for=20
production deployment?

SQL Express sounds good, but no enterprise manager seems a bit=20
limited... I do have an MSDN subscription which includes a version of=20
sql server 2005, would I be able to access a SQL Express database using=20=

enterprise manager in the MSDN SQL Server 2005 standard edition?=20
Microsoft's licensing issues are so poorly defined and mist of the time=20=

go right over my head.

Technically I would only be using enterprise manager for development=20
whilst the production database is running under SQL Express.

I will check the Website but if anyone knows the answer to this before=20=

I spend hours trawling though Microsoft's Web site then it would be=20
much appreciated.
