why would you use a dropdown menu (horizontal with sublists) as the
basis for a vertical menu?
and why on earth have you bothered to stick it into a framed and
nested table layout?
FWIW I just spent ten minutes trying to find what you're worrying
about, but basically the menu is too wide for the container - most
likely because you need to sort out the bullet placement and padding
on the list items.
