FN-FORUM: small chat/forum

I am putting together a community site which will be members only and want
to use a PHP based (Open source) forum that is very simple and easy to
integrate.

PHPBB and similar ones I think are too heavyweight for what I need and I
also want to be able to easily integrate the members login session with the
login to the forum/chat area.

I you have any recommendations I would be very grateful.
