It's not left handed, but I've been using an Animax joystick mouse for a few
months and find it so much better than a traditional mouse.
Not seen them in any shops but they crop up on eBay quite ofte...

Im keft handed and have a lot of trouble getting decent mice that don't cost
an arm and a leg, I use a saitek gaming mouse now as its ergonomic, optical
and has a button that doubles the DPI instantly...
