Images on Flickr are covered by Creative Commons. Many of them simply
require accreditation whereas others cannot be used under any

I can't find the settings for blacklists and the firewall seems to be just
set! this is the block list being produced so far, which at present isn't
blocking the domains it will block in a minute...

Emacs and Vim (which is effectively what most people mean when they
say vi) are probably powerful enough to run a PHP debugger with a bit
of effort...
