The connection to your ISP is corrupt - Try creating another connection and
try that.

I have started getting this when I try and access anything over the
internet in IE

Access denied by access control list.


Any ideas how to sort it out? My Virus scanner won't update either. It say
it can't access the Server.

Firefox can access the Internet though. I am just doing a virus scan at the
moment just incase
