Yep - before lunch so hopefully they might have an idea soon.
I have run a test on the router and I get

Test ATM OAM F4 segment ping: FAIL
Test ATM OAM F4 end-to-end ping: FAIL

But I don't think that is a problem.

I can't get through to http://192.168.1.1 via ie though
