RE: FN-FORUM: IE Problem

This sounds like one of two problems.
Either your DNS server settings are incorrect - check this under network
connections, in the control panel or under view network connections if
running XP. Your DNS should either be blank and set to automatic or
specified with the correct addresses.
Or you have proxy setup in IE, check this in IE under tools, =
connections,
LAN Settings. Your Proxy settings in most cases should be blank.

localhost works in IE - it is just external sites that don't
