Hi All

Any thoughts on this....

have a client who runs a wholesalers.
He wants a web store installing - straightforward enough but....

He wants multiple front ends to the database. Which he wants to sell
to his existing customers (ie the high street stores that buy from him),
so that they have access to the same online data base of his products
(ie multiple front ends) ... ok but ....

he wants a central (eg paypal) account that he is in control of that
all purchases go through, that he is in control.
He will then dispatch the goods and then forward relevant mark up to
the store owners.

Is he allowed to do that?? Is it not the same as selling direct to
the public ??
