Try this first. If the original inbox etc dbx files are still there in the
same folder, exit OE, then delete folder.dbx - you'll lose your rules, but
it's small price to pay. Start OE and it will...

How are the variables defined?
If they are POST/GET variables then maybe one server has 'Register Globals'
on and the other doesn't? (Assuming Apache server)

Are $name and $email cookie based? Cookies are domain specific.
Other than that, can you get your script to echo $name and $email? Or
