I'm not sure it makes much difference - my websites always come up very
high for the words in the domain name even though I never use hyphens.
Anyway, I'd be inclined not to use hyphens just because of the extra
hassle invovled when trying to tell someone the URL - "What's a hyphen?"
they say. "You know, a dash?", "Eh?" and so on.
Of course you could register both...
