If you have Remote Desktop enabled on the PC then you can remotely connect=

into Windows from the laptop=2E=20

I would go that route and transfer the files either over the network or a
cross-cable, I don't think you'll be able to display the PC on your laptop=

screen - sorry=2E

If you are not networked, get hold of a crossed-ethernet cable and connect=

the PCs together using your network ports and then set up a connection=2E

Hi there=2E wondered if anyone could help me with a little problem=2E I=20=

moved house this weekend=2E Unfortunately my LCD desktop screen seems to=20=

have been damaged during the move (or ~I guess that's what has happened=20=

- the screen isn't responding at all and all wires have been properly=20
attached)=2E Trouble is that I need to access some word files that are=20=

saved on the desktop urgently and don't have the money to go out and buy=20=

a new screen=2E I do have a wireless laptop however=2E If I could someho=

use the screen on my laptop to read the information stored in my desktop=20=

then I would be able to transfer the documents across to my laptop and=20
save them on its hard drive=2E Does anyone know if or how this would be=20=
