FN-FORUM: site check / speed issue

hi list

just wanted to get a heads up on a site recently
uploaded...http://www.the-hempel.co.uk/ hosted by http://www.verio.com/
there have been some comments regards to the speed of the site...
unfortunately personal skills / budget meant that the site was built
using WYSIWYG editors and tables rather than held together in CSS...
just wanted to get an opinion as to whether it's a code issue or rather
the client's server - is there an easy way to tell?
