Hi Tam

I think this method is fairly tried and tested and happens quite a lot for
devs with both Agencies and designers alike. Nevertheless, it is
advantageous to be flexible as a freelancer/contractor as in any walk of
business and adapt to the situation and relationships that develop. So try
not to be too rigid in the way you work. Deliver good quality work on time
and within budget and your reputation will speak for itself.
