Firstly, why is it too new to sell privately? The warranty etc.. will be
passed on to the new owner. They get the car cheaper than going to a
dealer, you sell the car for more than trading it in (that's what i'd do).
Secondly, why will they only let you trade it in for something more
expensive? You should be-able to go to most dealers and just sell them
your car without even hinting that you're wanting to buy so I can't see
why they'd turn down a part-ex for something cheaper. As long as its in
good enough condition to be on their forecourt then they're always
looking for more cars to sell.
Thirdly, I've looked into contract hire a few times and never feel that
for an individual/small business the figures quite add up. If you're
determined to get brand new cars then it will most probably work out
cheaper to buy, as with contract hire you're paying for the depreciation
+ the hire companies profits, and you're also limited on mileage.
If it were me i'd sell the expensive Audi for the highest price you can
and buy two older cars which have lost the bulk of their value, then
keep the change to run them for a couple of years, but thats just me ;)
