Paul,
I often have this and if it becomes a problem I introduce the subject
of support calls, I normally suggest that there are three ways to
handle things.
1. fixed support fee
2. system of credits
3. by event costing
I usually find that that is enough to put an end to it but if not then
the client knows they are going to have to pay.
