RE: FN-FORUM: Teehee
date posted 1st June 2006 13:26
I had a good one on Tuesday,
I've been re-decorating my home office and had ordered a couple of fancy
glass desks, they were due to be delivered on Tuesday.
I waited all day, nothing arrived, I called the company on Wednesday
morning, gave my order number and explained my desks had not been delivered.
The helpful chap on the phone responded with 'Why is that then?'. I pointed
out that if he didn't know how the heck could I?
Mac.

That one always gets me too!
Ive had them hang up on me too for exactly the same retort.
On a serious note, there are FAR too many scams going around to be able to
take anyone seriously if they call you.
Maybe it's a web thing? We're all paranoid....
Haha
