Whenever i've refused to answer security questions from random
callers (notably BT) i've told them i'll call them straight back.
"OK, call us on [blah]" they say. "No, i'll call you on the number
listed on your bills."
Inevitably they really don't get why I want to start giving account
numbers and maiden names and stuff to random people from withheld
numbers. Meh.
