Did you sign a contract saying that any code you write while employed
with the company belongs to the company?
I had to sign a contract like that when i was writing software for a
training company!...

Where are you based? Normally they'd be somewhere local that's relevant.

I heard that gmail staff were put on full alert over the last few days
