Hi,

thank you for your help I found this command which has resolved my problem
"REG add HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Policies\System /v
DisableTaskMgr /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f" Just go start run and copy this.

All working again, but still don't know what caused it? All site said was
This error is caused by restrictions placed in Registry. DisableTaskMgr
value is set to 1.

Did not say why or how...
