That's useful if you can't run regedit or group policy editor either because
one of the worms has disabled them. It's the equivalent of editing the
registry key. Removing certain worms and trojans seems not restore the key
to its original value - may depend on what AV product you use. Can you think
of any useful utilities you've installed recently? It could be one of them.
