Yes, you are protected by the careful security validation that the bank will
ask of a phone caller before they allow your bank account to be emptied. They
will ask the caller to provide facts that almost anyone except you is unlikely
to know:
* your address
* your mother's maiden name
* your bank account # -- whoops, keep that under your hat
Banks' definition of security is pushing the liability to someone else.
