Not sure about the Creative suite - but Nero [1] will pretty much burn any
audio file into a CDA or MP3 disk. Not sure how helpful that is without
getting your wallet out though :-|

I would guess that your line is actually a BT one, therefore so long as it
is still live there should be no problem changing ISP. Have you tried
plus.net? They are pretty reliable.
