RE: FN-FORUM: What bank?

I have been with Abbey business banking for a few years now and I am quite
happy. There is a restriction on the number of transactions but its fine for
my business.

First Direct? I've been with them since they first opened in 1989 and I've
had very few problems with them. I'd recommend them to anyone.
Unfortunately they don't have a business banking side so they'll point you
at HSBC. I tried them for a while, but didn't like them so I switched to Nat
West - who seem ok, but the charges are a bit high for my tastes. And their
internet banking looks like something from 1995.
I've been looking at Abbey, who apparently do a business bank account with
no charges. Has anyone tried that?
