I'm with Tony,

this is what I would call soliciting ,
and top posting ( me too- but it will save you scrolling past the uncut
email to get to my reply!)

the replies are fine but should be in private when you wish to make any
kind of direct negotiation.
otherwise this will simply become a list of people touting their services.
