Can anyone help me please?

I have two clients who want to produce a text and html e-newsletter.
Im looking for software (mac platform) or a web based facility for
constructing and delivering the newsletter with the minimum of hassle.

One client has over 2500 addresses on there mailing list while the
other is still quite small.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what route to go down.
