FN-FORUM: os9.2 / startup disk needed

hello

one of the machines here will not start up - it is running 0s 9 (.2 i
think) the last time it did so, I started up with either the os 9 disk
or nortons and held the c key down to start it up and take it from
there

i do not have these disks and do not want to spend time on it as i have
some other stuff to do for her

so

a. can anyone advise an alternative method
or
b. would anyone send her startup disc/nortons for a fee (or trust me to
have a lend of them)
or
c. would anyone be willing to travel to s.london to look at it



i know it is possible to boot up a os 10 machine as a firewire-external
drive - can you do same with os 9, as she wants something off the
computer urgently
