If you're using it in a brief or proposal the most important thing is that
you are consistent, in that each instance is the same.

Having said that, I try not to use buzzwords at all, I think it's more
likely to lead to misunderstandings. ie: "A site that facilitates the sale
and administration of product X,Y and Z", rather than "an eCommerce site".
