Hi TC,
If he has let the domain expire and it has been re-registered, chances are he's =
no longer the legal owner of the domain - if that's the case he's pretty =
screwed. If he IS still the legal owner, get him to force a registrar change =
(use the link Paul gave a moment ago) and change the IPS tag to I-B-S.
Once that has gone through, sign up with someone like 123-reg and I can then =
change the IPS tag to HOSTEUROPE (123-reg's IPS tag).
I've been the victim of this sort of thing before and understand fully how =
frustrating and unfair it seems.
