hmm - interesting. It fails for me and the designer and her Client and some
if not all his customers in IE. Does the it work for every one else on the
forum? Firefox is fine.

I've been having a look at the code for this and it might be that you're
setting window.open to a variable in the parent window - try it without that
so just:
window.open....

Am I right in thinking that you can't change the permissions temporarily for
a folder so that you can have write permisssions and be be able to upload
images? I haven't got permissions to change it...

How do i recreate the problem? is it just a case of clicking the 'play
movie' button a few times in IE until the pop-up fails to load? if thats
the case i've tried it in IE this morning 5 or 6 times...
