Only used nfctp in UNIX, but you should be able to write batch
scripts which use ncftp on your Windows systems (it has been ported
to Windows) which trigger a backup to a remote server.

If the remote server is Unix-like, consider scp which can use
compression & key-based (non interactive) authentication ?
