Simply, you can't (and shouldn't).
Contribute is fine for managing content (words and pictures), but not
functionality (forms, etc).
If the client wants to change functionality, he'll need to come to you or
learn how to code! I'm sure he'd prefer the latter.
If you make the distinction clear for the client, I'm sure they'll be happy.
